Amazon Web Services went down, and with it overall business and other services connected to a Amazon took a hit too.
Amazon Web Services posted a notice on their page saying “We are experiencing API and console issues in the US-EAST-1 Region,” the page said. “We have identified root cause and we are actively working towards recovery. This issue is affecting the global console landing page, which is also hosted in US-EAST-1.”
BREAKING: Users say Amazon Web Services is suffering a major outage. The company provides cloud computing services to individuals, universities, governments and companies including The Associated Press.
Amazon has yet to comment on the outage and few details are available.

The computing unit for Amazon’s cloud was hit, which was connected to streaming services such as Disney+, Netflix, Bitcoin and more. It also got as far as Amazon packages being undeliverable and warehouse workers being instructed to standby until the problem is fixed.
It was reported that the AWS has shut down prior to this back in June, but it got fixed in the same day.
