OWNER OF THE BOILER SEAFOOD IN ATLANTA KILLED IN SHOOTING

A well-liked business owner in Atlanta was fatally shot in the Old Fourth Ward area on Tuesday afternoon, as reported by his lawyer. According to authorities in Atlanta, they received a call about a shooting at 480 John Wesley Dobbs Ave. NE, close to the Martin Luther King Jr. National Historical Park, shortly before 3:50 p.m.

The authorities stated that a man, 33, who has not been publicly named, had “visible gunshot injuries” and was in critical condition before passing away.

The individual who was killed was identified as Chad Dillon by his lawyer, Malcolm Conner. Conner mentioned that Dillon was fatally shot close to a recently established Jamaican restaurant that he had intended to open soon.

Dillon’s acquaintances informed Atlanta News First that he was employed at the establishment called Dipped N Butter and was fatally shot as he exited his vehicle. Authorities in Atlanta reported discovering a Rolls-Royce at the site of the shooting. Law enforcement stated that the shooting appeared to be a deliberate and focused assault. A suspect is still being sought by the police.
