It has been reported by friends and fans on Facebook that Maurice “Reese G” Walker has passed away. Reese G was a member of the R&B group ThreePiece, The Chicago group was known for their classic records such as “Ooh Ahh.”

Just want to thank you all for your prayers, thoughts and support.. my brother Reese G ThreePiece is officially no longer with us in physical form but he will always remain with us in our hearts and minds.. we’ve all had our shortcomings more or less, but I’m proud of my brother and what he contributed to my life, our family’s lives, our fans lives, to Chicago music history and beyond.. his powerful voice will forever be appreciated by people all over the world..
