A large crowd of family members were celebrating Easter and the birthday of one of their children when police say a domestic disturbance broke out between 27-year-old Mickese Bostic and the mother of his children.
The ordeal began just before 10 p.m. at Bostic’s home in the 700 block of Lisa Lane. The couple started arguing inside the house, and that’s when family members say Shatice Jackson pulled out a firearm and fired at Mickese but missed the shot.

The fight escalated outside, and in a rage, Jackson got into her vehicle and proceeded to run over Boston, pinning him against the side of the house and killing him.
She was taken into police custody.
