Diddy was once again denied bail today on charges including sex trafficking by force, transportation to engage in prostitution and racketeering conspiracy.
Not only was his bail denied, but he is also ordered to remain in custody and held in the special housing unit of Metropolitan Detention Center-Brooklyn.
With the news breaking out and shocking fans, the wait for something to be said from someone on Diddy’s team was nerve wrecking.
Moments after the decision was made his lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, spoke to reporters outside the courthouse, expressing disappointment that the judge declined to overturn the magistrate’s decision to deny bond.
The judge cited concerns that Sean “Diddy” Combs poses a potential threat and could intimidate witnesses, reinforcing the magistrate’s original ruling.
He stated that he would push for a speedy trial to ensure his client has the opportunity to clear his name as quickly as possible.
