Adult film star Miss B Nasty’s child’s father has filed paperwork, requesting $5,000 a month in support for their one child. The couple shares custody of their child.
Miss B Nasty states that the father of her baby recently retired from the military and is receiving a pension. However, instead of seeking employment, he has chosen an easier way to make a living: by exploiting the broken child support system to pressure her for money.
During the court battle, the courts considered Miss B Nasty’s income and the income of her child’s father. The judge determined that since the adult film maker was earning a significant amount of money, he awarded the father $5,000 a month.
The court did not give any restrictions on how he can use the money, either.
