MOTHER AND DAUGHTER FOUND SHOT TO DEATH INSIDE PARK FOREST HOME

Authorities have issued an arrest warrant for a man in connection with the fatal shootings of two women last week in Park Forest.

According to Fox 32 News, police say Lillian Brown, 51, and Sabrina McCain, 30 were found inside a home in the 300 block of Miami Street last Thursday night after officers responded to reports of a gunshot victim. Two children in the home at the time were unharmed and taken to the hospital as a precaution.

One victim was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other later died at the hospital. Investigators stated that the incident was not random, and that the suspect, Coleman Franklin, knew the victims.

Franklin faces two counts of first-degree murder for the homicides of Lillian Brown, 51, and Sabrina McCain, 30.
