Building on the success of last year’s inaugural “Roses are Dead” celebration, “RoseGold” will spotlight the achievements of The Village mentorship program. This initiative, led by Roses are Dead hosts, Terry Roseland and Jones, has provided a year of transformative guidance to boys aged 12-19 from single -mother households.

“The Village is more than mentorship—it’s a lifeline. These boys are the future leaders of our communities, and by equipping them with the tools they need, we’re helping to break cycles of disadvantage and build a foundation for their success” Terry Roseland, co-founder of The Village an co-host of Roses are Dead, emphasized the program’s significance. “Seeing their growth this past year has been nothing short of inspiring, and I can’t wait to celebrate their achievements at ‘RoseGold.’”

Through The Village, mentees have learned critical life skills including manhood, leadership, emotional intelligence, self-defense, and career development. “RoseGold” is not only a celebration of these young men’s growth but also a call to action for the community to support their continued journey toward success.

A Charity Event for a Worthy Cause
“RoseGold” will serve as a charity event, with all contributions directly funding the educational and career aspirations of The Village mentees. Every dollar raised will help provide resources, scholarships, and opportunities to uplift these young men and ensure a brighter future.
