FEDERAL AGENTS TEAR-GAS CROWD AFTER CHASE LEADS TO CRASH CHICAGO’S EAST SIDE

A tense situation unfolded today on Chicago’s Southeast Side at the intersection of S. Avenue “N” and East 105th Street. According to ABC News, federal agents were involved in a car accident while pursuing a vehicle in the area.

After the crash, there were a number of unmarked federal vehicles in the middle of an intersection.

Bystanders surrounded the agents. Some were holding flags, while others were holding phones to record. In videos, you can see tear gas deployed, after eggs were thrown at agents.

At least two people were taken into custody. An SUV that was damaged was towed away from the location.
