Ape Up Speedy Born Keyshawn Fields is a Spoken Rap artist from Chicago, Illinois. His colorful rhymes paint a picture of his life experiences and the musical influences he grew up on, like Akon, Michael Jackson, and Sisqo. His style emanates passion, pain, and aggression. Expressing the cultural aspects of growing up on the South Side of Chicago.
Receiving a Bachelor’s degree in fine arts from The Chicago State University, speedy hopes to “Impact as many people as I can“. Speedy’s current musical influences include Childish Gambino, Megan The Stallion, Jaden Smith, Da Baby, Lil Wayne, and Chance The Rapper. Speedy’s motto is “Life is time and moments, we just created a moment, thank you for your time”.
