Megan thee Stallion’s former photographer Emilio Garcia files a new lawsuit against the rapper accusing her of harassment and a hostile work environment after alleging that he was trapped inside a moving car with her in Ibiza while she had sex with a woman back in June of 2022.
Garcia claims he was “embarrassed, mortified, and offended throughout the whole ordeal.”
The next day, Garcia claims Megan Thee Stallion told him “Don’t ever discuss what you saw” before she “berated and directed her fat-shaming comments towards Garcia, such as ‘Fat B-tch.'”
The “harassment was so severe or pervasive” that it created a “hostile, abusive work environment” that made his “working conditions intolerable,” the suit says. After starting his journey as being her personal cameraman in 2018, he announced in 2023 that he would no longer be working for her.
Further allegations include employment and wage violations related to Garcia’s classification as an independent contractor, which purportedly deprived him of necessary healthcare coverage and other benefits. The claim seeks compensation for unpaid wages, interest, statutory penalties, and additional costs.
