Brandon Gilmore was arrested after throwing a 4-year-old headfirst from a second-floor balcony hours after meeting the child’s mother in Daytona.

Gilmore and the mother of the boy met at the Sandlewood Beach Resort and spent the day drinking together. They had reportedly met five hours earlier at the hotel pool.
According to Fox35, Gilmore then took the woman’s son outside the room to frighten him, so he decided to grab him by the legs and continued to dangle him by his foot. After slipping away from his hand and falling to the ground head first, Gilmore and the boy’s mother quickly ran downstairs. “His face started turning purple,” the mom said of the injured boy. “He obviously was getting no oxygen. It was not a good situation.”
