According to TMZ, NFL free agent Stephon Diggs is suing model and TV personality Mulan Hernandez. Diggs claims Hernandez assaulted him, threatened to end his career, and attempted to extort millions of dollars out of him.
Mulan Hernandez and Diggs had a “casual relationship” for months; on June 7, 2024, she showed up at his apartment around 6am after a night of partying and proceeded to “aggressively berate” him.
Diggs stated that Hernandez entered his gaming room and ignored his instructions to leave. He also said Hernandez destroyed an expensive PC and a $130,000 watch and even tossed his phone in the toilet.
In the report, Diggs claimed she punched him in the chest several times. Hernandez also said, “You won’t be playing this year,” which Diggs took as a threat to his pro career.
Diggs eventually left his home after Hernandez refused to leave.
The lawsuit states Hernandez allegedly resorted to an extortion attempt with the help of a friend, Brianna Mack. Mack was also present at his home during the altercation.
Diggs claims Hernandez and Mack have been trying to extort him for millions. He hopes this lawsuit will put an end to the madness.
Stephon Diggs is suing both women for trespassing, intentional infliction of emotional distress, assisting or encouraging/aiding and abetting, and conspiracy.
Thursday evening, Mulan Hernandez took to Instagram to address the allegations against her: “ For all the media outlets reaching out to me regarding this clickbait, this will be my only time addressing this publicly.”
