A resident of West Rogers Park, Chicago, Brandon Sanders, who has been charged in connection with multiple fatalities, is now facing serious allegations of child sex trafficking. Authorities report that Sanders was involved in the fatal stabbing of HVAC contractor Rasim Katanic atop a building in 2023. During the investigation of this incident, law enforcement discovered the body of an 18-year-old woman, Iman Al-Sarraj, in Sanders’ freezer.

There have been concerns regarding Sanders’ potential involvement in other cases across different states, leading investigators to explore the possibility of serial offenses. Recently, a federal indictment has been issued against Sanders, comprising three counts of sex trafficking, one of which involves the trafficking of a minor.
