Traffic on Chicago’s expressway halted as a dog ran loose.
A video has been going viral of a loose dog on I-94 causing traffic to come to a stop multiple drivers are seen getting out of their cars to try and catch the puppy.

Fortunately, no one was injured during the incident, and the dog was rescued by the woman who recorded the video.
