The Leo High School Choir from Chicago’s South Side stole the spotlight with a powerful audition on America’s Got Talent, thanks to a viral Instagram reel, from CBS News, that racked up over 2.7 million views. For many students, it was their first flight and their first time on national TV.

Music teacher Ladonna Hill praised the students’ hard work and discipline, saying the experience was life-changing. Back home, the school community gathered for a watch party, proudly living their motto: Facta Non Verba—Deeds Not Words.
