CINCINNATI POLICE INVESTIGATE VIOLENT DOWNTOWN ASSAULT CAUGHT ON VIDEO

Cincinnati police are investigating a violent attack downtown that was caught on video and left at least two people injured. The assault happened near The Banks or Fountain Square and involved a group of people who punched and beat a couple seemingly at random.

Video footage shows the victims trying to walk away before being surrounded and attacked. The suspects fled immediately after, and no robbery was reported.

According to Fox19 Now, this large fight had nothing to do with Cincinnati‘s Music Festival.

Police have confirmed the investigation is ongoing but have not made any arrests. The incident has raised concerns about public safety in the area, with similar group attacks reported in recent months.

    The attacks are not “random”. This was a hate crime, and everyone knows it. Whether they have the humanity to admit it is another thing altogether.
