A Washington, D.C., man is facing felony assault charges after an unusual confrontation involving a Subway sandwich. Authorities say the man used the sandwich as a weapon against a federal agent during an altercation.
In the video posted on Instagram, the suspect, Sean Dunn, can be seen yelling at the agents seemingly out of nowhere. He’s seen shouting obscenities at a CBP agent, standing inches from his face and calling him a “fascist.”

According to Fox 5 DC, officials have confirmed that the agent was shaken but not seriously injured. Dunn has been taken into custody and is expected to appear in court later this week.
Prosecutors have not commented on whether the sandwich has been submitted as evidence.
