BELOVED CHICAGO MAN SHOT AND KILLED IS BEING MOURNED BY THE COMMUNITY

Chicago police say 34-year-old Dominique “Domo” Hogan was fatally shot early Sunday morning in a Woodlawn alley. According to authorities, an unidentified assailant approached Hogan and opened fire around 5:20 a.m. in the 6600 block of South Cottage Grove Avenue. He was pronounced dead at the scene. No arrests have been made.

Domo was a beloved member of his family and a prominent figure in the popular rap collective and friend group known as 600. Chicago rapper 600 Breezy shared a heartfelt tribute on Instagram, honoring his longtime brother and friend. As the community mourns, there are increasing calls for peace, with many urging an end to the violence. Our thoughts and prayers are with Domo’s loved ones during this difficult time.
