St. Lucie County, FL – August 12, 2025 – A truck driver’s illegal U-turn on the Florida Turnpike ended in horror when a minivan crashed into his trailer, killing all three people inside.
The victims: A 37-year-old woman, a 54-year-old man, and a 30-year-old man — all Florida residents — died after their minivan became wedged under the semi-truck.

The driver: Harjinder Singh, who is in the U.S. illegally, faces vehicular homicide charges. Officials say he made the U-turn in a restricted area marked “official use only.”
Authorities called the move “reckless and criminal.” Singh is also facing deportation after criminal proceedings.
