SUPPORT MORTON COLLEGE MEN’S BASKETBALL IN 2025

As the 2025 season tips off, the Morton College Men’s Basketball team isn’t just prepping for conference battles — they’re also working to secure the resources that make competing possible. That’s where the 2025 Morton College Men’s Basketball Fundraiser comes in. This campaign is about more than keeping the lights on — it’s about investing in student-athletes, fueling their dreams, and putting on for Chicagoland.

Why Your Support Matters

  • Equipment & uniforms: Safe, game-ready gear for every athlete.
  • Travel: Covering buses, lodging, and meals for away games.
  • Training & wellness: Strength, conditioning, recovery, and academic support.
  • Facilities & development: Keeping the program competitive and sustainable.

“Every dollar directly supports our student-athletes — helping them compete, grow, and represent the community.”

Spotlight: Chicagoland’s Own — Zion Young

Zion Young — a 6’8” freshman forward (235 lbs.) — is one of the newest faces of the Panthers. A Schaumburg High School standout, Zion was a difference-maker in the Illinois prep scene and averaged a double-double his senior year. That size, motor, and consistency make him the kind of reliable, physical presence every coach needs on the floor.

Now, Zion is bringing that same energy to Morton College — but he needs support to fully participate this season. Your donation helps cover the real costs that let players like Zion suit up, travel with the team, and represent our community at the highest level.

WTW Pull Quote: “Support Zion, support homegrown talent — and keep Chicagoland hoops thriving.”
