The rapper got visibly emotional as he spoke about turning 50 and realizing he needed a deeper purpose beyond the party lifestyle. He credits daily meditation, affirmations, and clean living with helping him find peace and clarity. “When people tell me I’ve inspired them to take care of themselves,” he said, holding back tears, “that means everything.”

Lil’ Jon emphasized the importance of mental health, especially for Black men, encouraging more open conversations and emotional expression. “We gotta check on each other. Ask, ‘You good?’ That can save a life,” he said.
