A DeKalb County woman is sharing her story after surviving a brutal domestic violence attack that she says was carried out by her ex-partner.

According to WSB-TV Atlanta, the woman says her ex shot her 10 times, refused to take her for medical help, and drove around with her bleeding in the car for hours.

According to the victim’s interview with WSB-TV, she and her ex were sitting in the car arguing when he allegedly shot her.

The woman told reporters that after she begged him to take her to a hospital, he refused and told her she was “going to die.”

She says he continued driving for hours as she bled inside the vehicle.
