A Florida care facility employee has been arrested after allegedly twerking in front of disabled patients, according to police.
Authorities reported that a video they received showed four women dancing in a sexually explicit manner known as twerking inside the facility in front of disabled patients.
It was reported in the court documents that one female in the video was seen making physical contact with a patient by “placing her breasts in the face and also one leg on the patient” while twerking.
According to Fox News, 29-year-old Josalynn Janeice Hart was captured in a video dancing in a sexually suggestive manner inside a Panama City facility while nonverbal, disabled adults were present. Investigators say the patients appeared unable to consent or respond.
Hart is accused of dancing on furniture near patients’ faces and failing to report inappropriate conduct by others seen in the video. While she allegedly did not make physical contact, police say her actions still violated laws protecting vulnerable adults.
She faces charges including lewd and lascivious exhibition, failure to report abuse, and neglect of a vulnerable adult. Hart was arrested and later released on her own recognizance. The facility has not been publicly identified, and the investigation remains ongoing.
