KAI CENAT ANNOUNCES STREAMER UNIVERSITY PICKS — CHICAGO AND MOUNT VERNON CREATORS MAKE THE CUT

Illinois is making its mark in the digital creator world after three rising personalities were selected for Streamer University, a new opportunity bringing together some of the country’s most promising online entertainers.

Chicago creators Chris Gone Crazy and DCTHADESIGNER were among the 120 people accepted into the exclusive program, while Nia Love from Mount Vernon, Illinois, was also selected. Chris Gone Crazy and Nia Love, who are a couple, will now have the opportunity to represent Illinois together on a national stage.

Popular streamer Kai Cenat announced the selections earlier this week, revealing that only 120 people were chosen for Streamer University. The program is designed to help creators sharpen their skills, build their brands, and connect with others in the fast-growing world of livestreaming and digital entertainment.

Chris Gone Crazy has built a strong following through comedy, viral content, and his entertaining personality, becoming one of Chicago’s recognizable names in online culture. Nia Love has also gained attention as a creator and influencer, representing the talent coming out of smaller Illinois communities like Mount Vernon.

DCTHADESIGNER, another Chicago representative, has continued to grow his platform through creative content and his connection with online audiences.

Streamer University gives selected creators the chance to learn from industry leaders, network with other influencers, and explore new ways to grow their platforms. With just 120 people accepted, earning a spot is considered a major achievement for the participants.

The selections are another example of how Illinois continues to produce talent across entertainment, from music and sports to social media and streaming. Chicago and communities throughout the state are now being represented on a national stage by creators building their own lanes.

Chris Gone Crazy, DCTHADESIGNER, and Nia Love are showing that Illinois creators have a place in the future of digital entertainment — and they are taking their hometowns with them.
