Chicago is serving up competition for a cause as Mielle Cares prepares to bring its Match Mi Mindset Celebrity Fun-Raiser to Hyde Park.
Taking place Thursday, July 30, from 4 to 8 p.m. at The Sports House, the community-centered fundraiser will combine celebrity pickleball, music, food and interactive activities to support teen mental wellness programs throughout Chicago.
Comedian Mojo Brooks and model and actress Eva Marcille are expected to join other special guests for an afternoon built around community, competition and purpose. Guests will have the opportunity to participate in pickleball matches or enjoy the action from the sidelines. The event will also feature interactive games, food, music and exclusive VIP experiences.
No pickleball experience is necessary, and attendees do not have to compete to support the cause.
Through its programs and community initiatives, Mielle Cares works to strengthen the mental health and overall well-being of preteens and teenagers. The organization focuses on helping young people develop positive, resilient mindsets that allow them to navigate challenges with greater confidence.
