From Chicago icons like Harold’s Chicken, Portillo’s, and NADC Burger, to buzzworthy bites from Chef Lamar Moore, this year’s food court is built like a headliner stage — bringing together Black-owned eats, viral flavors, and festival staples all in one place.
The culinary experience was curated by none other than Chef Lamar Moore, a Chi-town legend and hospitality expert, who made sure the lineup is more than just food — it’s a celebration of culture.
“Food is one of the purest ways to connect people. We wanted to give Summer Smash guests the full experience — from the stage to the plate,” Moore shared.
