AZ is bringing his live show to Chicago on Saturday, August 15.
Juelz Santana has joined the lineup as a special guest.
The show goes down at Concord Music Hall, 2047 N. Milwaukee Ave.
Chicago artists Vic Spencer, Ju Jilla, King Deazel, IamGawd and Rufus Sims are also featured on the bill.
Fly Skinz is set to perform.
The show is hosted by Burn Poe and Chella H, with music from DJ Sean Mac, DJ Mustafa Rocks and DJ Kid Breeze.
Chicago hip-hop fans are getting another reason to be outside this weekend. Juelz Santana has officially joined AZ’s upcoming Chicago show at Concord Music Hall, adding another New York hip-hop veteran to an already stacked night.
The August 15 show was originally promoted with AZ at the center of the lineup, but the addition of the Dipset standout gives Chicago fans a chance to see two artists representing different eras of New York rap on the same stage.
The night will also put Chicago talent in the spotlight, with Vic Spencer, Ju Jilla, King Deazel, IamGawd and Rufus Sims appearing alongside the headliners. Fly Skinz is also scheduled to hit the stage.
With Burn Poe and Chella H handling hosting duties and DJ Sean Mac, DJ Mustafa Rocks and Kid Breeze on the turntables, the show is shaping up to be a full night of hip-hop connecting New York legends with Chicago’s own.
