Vonte releases new documentary for current project N.I.G.G.A. which stands for Never Ignorant Getting Goals Accomplished, his ode to Tupac, to inspire and educate the hood. Vonte sits down to chat about the inspiration behind the meaning of the mixtape. From rehearsals to chatting about his favorite single on the album, Vonte breaks down the social climate of America and the mentality of a young black man trying to make it out of the hood.
One of the major highlights of this documentary is the dialogue and message to Black America and his goal to motivate the youth while making great music. From speaking about men being KINGS to staying “WOKE” Vonte displays the importance of fatherhood to young men and goes into detail about raising young black kings in this society.
From the music to the screen, “N.!.G.G.A.” is assumed to be a controversial yet deep meaning, the documentary compliments the mixtape and gives a clear understanding of where Vonte sees himself in the social status within the US. It puts things in perspective from relating to the struggle to the perception of the stereotypical NIGGA versus the positive image of N.I.G.G.A.
