R&B Artist China Shadae’s Release Her DEBUT EP “Note To Self” (C-Sick, Rooga) & New Visual “Day One”

Rising R&B artist China Shadae passionately lets it all out on her new project, Note To Self, released on July 20th. With over 400k views combined on the latest EP, China takes listeners on an emotional journey of heartbreak, love and healing through this eight-song tracklist. Digital Buzz Now writes, “Her soothing yet profound voice is a type of therapy, not only for women but for anyone who’s ever felt love before.”

With the only feature coming from the Rooga-assisted “Karma,” China Shadae shines throughout the project using her vulnerability as a strength. Some of the notable producers featured are C-Sick, Neil Blanco, and Roy Chase who masterfully create soundtracks that complement China’s singing and storytelling abilities. The lights are slightly dimmed which sets the mood while she enjoys herself a glass of wine. As she is zoned out in her own world, the lyrics are showing up across the screen slowly. This video embodies the song perfectly, putting an emphasis on true self love until the right person comes along, loving her just as much as she loves herself.
