With the presidential election approaching, it’s important for everyone to know exactly who they are voting for. Social media can quickly spread misinformation, and there is often a lack of information regarding both Kamala Harris and Donald Trump that may influence your decision.
During a segment of the Black Men’s Summit, Vic Mensa shared his initial concerns about Kamala Harris, particularly regarding her stance on marijuana-related incarceration. As the founder of Illinois’s first Black-owned cannabis company, 93 Boyz, he learned that she had incarcerated thousands of Black men for marijuana offenses. However, after doing further research, he discovered that only 45 men—whose races were not specified—were actually incarcerated on those charges.
