A man posing as Sexyy Red’s manger has been arrested and charged with sexual battery as well as false imprisonment with a weapon.
According to Local 10, Vladimir Joseph, 41 was arrested after he picked up a woman from a Booby Trap event, drove her to his home, forced her to do cocaine under gunpoint, and allegedly raped her for several hours.
According to Miami Gardens police, Joseph claimed he was “working an event” for Sexyy Red and the Booby Trap in Miami. As the woman waited outside, he approached her claiming to be Alexander Beamer, Sexyy’s manager.
“Vladimir Joseph is not her manager,” Sexyy Red’s rep told WPLG.
After getting in the vehicle with another woman and three men, they arrived at his home where the woman claimed Joseph forced her to take cocaine with a gun to her head.
“Take this or I’ll kill you” is what she is claiming he said.
According to police reports, Joseph proceeded to rape her while recording it on multiple phones. When he was done, he instructed her to take a shower, after she did he continued to rape her more before ordering her a Lyft home. He sent the details of her Lyft ride to her phone which is how authorities were able to pinpoint where she was raped and who did it.
The man posing as Sexyy Red’s manager surrendered to police. He was held without bond at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.
