Prosecutors informed Judge Antara Rivera that Womack pursued Green into the restaurant and shot him twice in the back at close range, as reported by CWB Chicago.

Investigators found video from a gas station next to the restaurant that showed the gunman fleeing the scene in a vehicle. They got the car’s license plate number, which led them to Womack, officials said Tuesday.
