Jackson police have apprehended a woman in connection with the fatal shooting of her husband, which occurred on Sunday, February 23, around 11:30 a.m. in the 5300 block of Brookhollow Drive.
Detective Tommie Brown reported that the victim, Damion Reed, 33, was pronounced dead at the scene. The suspect, Rashaan Wallace, 30, has been formally charged with murder.

Additionally, Jackson Police Chief Joseph Wade noted that there was a child present in the home at the time of the incident. The investigation remains ongoing.
