GEORGIA TEEN ACCEPTED TO 58 COLLEGES, EARNS OVER $1 MILLION IN SCHOLARSHIPS

Seventeen-year-old Mantavius Presley of Douglas County, Georgia, is making headlines with his extraordinary academic achievements. The high school senior has been accepted into 58 colleges and awarded over $1.1 million in scholarships, including offers from Morehouse College, Howard University, and The University of Alabama (Black News).

Nicknamed “LeBron” by his classmates, Presley’s résumé is nothing short of impressive. He is the president of the Future Business Leaders of America and the National Honor Society, vice president of the Student Government Association and his senior class, manager of the JV and Varsity cheer teams, a member of the yearbook staff, and active in seven additional school organizations. He’s also logged over 1,100 hours of community service throughout his high school career.

As he prepares for graduation, Presley is carefully weighing his options to choose the best path forward for college.
