Cincinnati city officials recognized actor and comedian Katt Williams by dedicating an honorary street to him in Avondale over the weekend.
On Saturday at 5:30 p.m., Reading Road at the intersection with Maple Avenue was officially renamed “Katt Williams Way.” Williams, who hails from Cincinnati, is renowned for his roles in films and television and his thriving career as a comedian.
During the event, fellow actor and comedian Tommy Davidson and Mo’Nique expressed their admiration for Katt Williams, and they were joined by Cincinnati Vice Mayor Jan-Michele Kearney and other local leaders to celebrate the unveiling of the street sign.
