Court documents obtained by TMZ reveal that Halle alleges an incident occurred in January during a custody exchange. She claims that DDG slammed her face into a steering wheel, resulting in a chipped tooth. Additionally, she alleges that he pulled her hair, became verbally abusive, and later entered her home without permission.
A judge is now requiring DDG to stay 100 yards away, stop posting about her and their child, and granted Halle permission to take Halo to Italy while she films.
