A road rage incident on Chicago’s Southwest Side is gaining attention after a tense confrontation was caught on camera at Archer and Meade.
The video shows a heated exchange between drivers that quickly escalated, underscoring ongoing concerns about aggressive driving and safety on city streets during the day time.
The commentary on the video was just as entertaining because as the video went on you just didn’t know what would happen next. As the heated exchange continued, the driver in the white car did the unthinkable after running into the truck, he proceeded to hop in and take off.
No serious injuries were immediately reported, but footage has since gone viral and also sparked conversation about how quickly everyday traffic disputes can turn dangerous.
Chicago police are reminding drivers to stay calm, avoid engaging in confrontations, and report incidents instead of escalating situations.
