The two artists recently sat down together on Cam’ron’s podcast Talk With Flee, where they openly discussed the lawsuit tied to their collaboration Ready ’24.

The lawsuit stems from claims that there was a verbal agreement connected to the song. Cam’ron alleged that promises tied to the collaboration were never fulfilled, while J. Cole has denied those claims.

In a teaser clip, J. Cole confronted Cam’ron about the lawsuit, questioning why legal action was taken instead of direct communication. Cam’ron explained that filing the lawsuit was meant to get attention and spark a conversation between the two.

The full podcast episode is expected to air soon, as fans wait to see whether the situation will be resolved — or continue in court.
