7-YEAR-OLD JAMAL WHITE FOUND SAFE AFTER MILWAUKEE KIDNAPPING—SUSPECT IN CUSTODY

A terrifying situation in Milwaukee had a happy ending this weekend after 7-year-old Jamal White was abducted at gunpoint—but later found safe. According to WISN 12 News, police have arrested a 25-year-old man in connection with the kidnapping, which happened late Friday night near 61st and Hustis.

Jamal, who was affectionately called “Baby J” by family and friends, was reportedly taken by multiple masked individuals who forced him into a white Jeep Renegade. The entire encounter was captured on a neighbor’s doorbell camera, prompting a swift response from police and the community.

An Amber Alert was issued just before midnight on Friday, and thankfully, Jamal was found less than 24 hours later near 39th and Lloyd. He was safely reunited with his family after receiving a medical evaluation. No injuries were reported.

Police confirmed that the 25-year-old suspect was arrested shortly after Jamal was located, and charges are being referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office. Investigators say up to three other individuals may have been involved, and the case remains active.
