A video has been going viral of a man in New York getting arrested after he got ran over by a car.
The NYPD is seen on the ring camera apparently looking for someone. The officers approached the bystanders trying to locate the suspect but it seemed like they didn’t know or want to get involved.

Moments later you see someone walking out of their apartment to get in their car and start to drive off. Thats when you see the suspect getting his back ran over and NYPD instantly surrounded him and arrested him.
