Video has gone viral featuring a Florida woman being followed outside while a Kohl’s manager checked her bags, suspecting she was stealing.
A TikTok user named “Bird” posted a video showing a Kohl’s manager named Shelby searching through her bag to verify that she had purchased the items inside.

In the video, the manager asks the customer for the receipts because employees reported that she stole three sweaters.
The customer being confused on why she was being searched, she still complied with the manager saying that “Yall about to get sued today.” Once the manager realized that she did purchase everything, she ended up walking away without apologizing.
