The two girls are sisters and allegedly attacked a 14-year-old girl at the scene, according to the Staten Island Advance. The youngest one allegedly punched an officer in the face and both resisted arrest, according to the report.

One of the responding officers repeatedly punched a girl in the head while another officer tried to grab her as a mob intervened, as seen in the 8 second clip. Meanwhile, the girl fought back as she was pushed around by the cops and bystanders.
