FOOTAGE SHOWS MIAMI POLICE VIOLENTLY STRIKE TYREEK HILL DURING TRAFFIC STOP ARREST

Just hours before the Miami Dolphins were to open the season against the Jacksonville Jaguars, Tyreek Hill was detained by police on Sunday for a driving violation as he was entering Hard Rock Stadium, his agent Drew Rosenhaus confirmed.

Video started to surface of the arrest where you can see a few officers grabbing him and putting him on the ground.

Even though he was let go just 5 minutes after being arrested, footage started going around of someone else’s point of view with one of the officers hitting Hill as he was in cuffs.

After a clip of a police officer charging at Hill and hitting him during his detention, many users immediately called out the excessive force used for a ‘minor’ traffic offense.

Hill is still set to start for Miami against Jacksonville.
