CHICAGO MAN CAUGHT SHOPLIFTING, ATTEMPTS TO FLEE SCENE

A man was caught shoplifting at 222 N. Columbus in Chicago and was thrown against a wall when he tried to escape. Bystanders held onto his bike until the police arrived.

In the video, you can hear one of the bystanders, who seems to be the owner of a store that was robbed, say, “Now you know how it feels to have your merchandise stolen,” indicating that the man has done this more than once.
