Deion “Coach Prime” Sanders has officially been declared cancer-free after months of health struggles and multiple surgeries. Despite facing serious complications, including amputated toes and blood clots, Sanders stayed strong and continued coaching at the University of Colorado.
He thanked God, his doctors, and supporters, saying, “I’m cancer-free. I’m blessed, and I’m grateful.”
