HOUSTON SURROGACY COMPANY OWNER ACCUSED OF USING CLIENTS MONEY TO FUND RAP CAREER

A judge in Houston, Texas ordered the assets of Dominique Side, the owner of Surrogacy Escrow Account Management, be frozen.

According to KVUE News, SEAM (Surrogacy Escrow Account Management LLC) and Side are facing a lawsuit and an FBI investigation for allegedly stealing $16 million from intended parents. The lawsuit involves at least 23 families who claim that the companies took advantage of them because of their desire to expand their families.

The are hundreds of impacted clients across the country, according to a court filing by one of the plaintiffs, who accuses Side of transferring more than $2.2 million of intended parents’ escrow funds “to bankroll her music career as ‘Dom,’ a racy rap and R&B singer and music producer.”

Not only was she allegedly using escrow funds to pay for her music ventures, including a Houston music studio, Side is also accused of using her clients money on a clothing company called Nikki Green and to purchase properties in both Houston and New Orleans area.

The FBI made an appeal on social media, asking potential SEAM victims to come forward and they have.

The trial begins in Jan 2025.
