OREGON MAN NARROWLY ESCAPES DEATH AFTER RUNAWAY SAW BLADE MISSES HIM

Talk about being lucky! An Oregon man escapes death when a runaway saw blade rolled through a parking lot and lodged into a liquor store that he just walked in.

Shane Reimche of Eugene, Oregon, was entering a local neighborhood market on Thursday March 28th when seconds after entering, a large concrete saw broke loose from a nearby construction site. This terrifying moment was all caught on video obtained by local TV station KEZI 9 news.

As Reimche walked into the shop, he told KEZI 9 that he “heard a loud bang and yelling just as a cloud of smoke pops up and I see a guy fall in the ditch.” That’s when he was able to duck last minute.

According to the store owner, the impact was so powerful it shook the entire store.

Northwest Natural said in a statement the incident was very unusual, and they’re glad no one got hurt. They say a contractor at their site is responsible, and they’ve removed that contractor from work while they review the incident, according to news reports.

No one was injured in the incident, but Reimche and his family is still shaken up by the incident.
