ALABAMA MAN BREAKS INTO HOME TRYING TO COMMIT CARBON MONOXIDE POISONING TO EX’S FAMILY

A man was seen on camera entering in to his ex-girlfriend’s home turning on the gas stove and then leaving.

According to the victims sister, Kristy Gray, she returned home Sunday morning when the family noticed a smell of gas.

“When she went to her house to get my nephew’s shoes she ended up having to push her kids back because immediately when she opened the door she started seeing white clouds coming out and started smelling carbon monoxide,” Gray explained. “She checked the cameras that day…it was her ex.”

Gray says this isn’t the first violent encounter that’s happened between the two, and feels he may be disgruntled.

According to Fox 10, Mobile County District Attorney’s Office said they have approved charges for Domestic Violence 2nd and Burglary 3rd degree.

In connection to the carbon monoxide allegation, the charges could change pending the outcome of an arson investigation.
