Virgil Gibson 22, also known as PGF Nuk is accused of robbing and kidnapping two individuals in a 30 minute span.
He is currently facing two felony counts of aggravated vehicular hijacking with a firearm, along with one felony count each of aggravated unlawful restraint and armed aggravated kidnapping.
On Sunday night at around 11:47p.m. Gibson allegedly car jacked the vehicle of a 32 year old man at gunpoint in the 5900 block of South Morgan Street. In addition to that, Gibson is connected in an aggravated kidnapping and aggravated car jacking, involving a 35 year old man, which occurred on Tuesday at 12:15 a.m. in the 8300 block of South Cottage Grove.
Gibson was apprehended at 12:33 p.m. on Tuesday and subsequently was charged. His court date is scheduled for today.
